DiaSys Announces Renewal of 3-Year Sales Agreement in Turkey; Receives Additional Order For 50 Workstations and 50,000 Parasep(R) Tubes.

:DYX DYX Dyslexia ) today announced that its European subsidiary, DiaSys Europe, Ltd., has entered into another 3-Year Sales and Service Agreement with Lenta Teshis Urunleri Ticaret ve Sanayi Ltd. Sti. (Lenta).

Lenta, a leading distributor of laboratory diagnostic equipment, headquartered in Istanbul, has 14 correspondent offices throughout Turkey. Under the agreement Lenta will sell, and service, DiaSys workstations to the more than 5,000 medical facilities located throughout Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan.

DiaSys further reported that Lenta has placed an additional order for 50 DiaSys Ova & Parasite Analysis Workstations and 50,000 Parasep tubes, valued at approximately $190,000. Thirty of the 50 workstations and 50,000 Parasep tubes were earmarked for immediate shipment to Lenta to meet their current customer demands.
