I bought penny stock disguised as the real deal from an underhanded NJ insurance borker with promises of an IPO for a company called IT solutions.com out of Jacksonville, FL. Never got any info, tried to call, and apparantly company closed down. Distream is/was run by the same CEO, no trail to investors of IT solutions. Now Distream is also gone. Now we have bit raider? IS this a trend? Someone made out well, but not those of us sold on buying worthless stock. Anyone have any info on this?

Sold 'penny' stock from an underhanded insurance agent for ITsolutions in the amount of $13,000 with the promise of an IPO, which never materialized. IT solutions acknowledged stock purchase from it's Jacksonville location, then closed down with no notice to stock holders, no paper trail, no phone number. The company was (I believe) bought by DiStream, which appears to have also closed. Same CEo both times, now in charge of Bitraider? Anyone have any info on this?
