Dexma Inc., a mortgage software application service provider (ASP), today announced three new additions to its team. Mark Chodos joins Dexma from Lightning Rod Software as director of product development and will lead Dexma's product development team. Bob Kaufman joins Dexma from U.S. Bancorp as director of finance of the privately held company based in Edina, Minn. James Lynch joins Dexma from MicroStrategy as an essential member of the of business development team to drive growth through Dexma's sales and business development areas.

Chodos comes to Dexma with 10 years of proven business-related product development leadership. Most recently, he was the vice president of innovation at Lightning Rod Software, where he was responsible for directing the product management and product development groups. Prior to that position, Chodos was Lightning Rod Software's vice president of engineering, where he was credited for building the company's product development team and facilitating the design of new products, while customizing them to meet clients' needs. Previously, Chodos worked for seven years at ATIO Corporation, where he held positions as software engineer, program manager and eventually, director of development. Chodos holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a master's degree in industrial engineering from the University of Witwatersand in South Africa.

Kaufman brings more than 10 years of financial management experience to Dexma. Most recently, he was vice president in the mergers and acquisitions department of U.S. Bancorp. Previously, Kaufman held positions as finance director and business line controller at U.S. Bancorp, where he worked extensively with the company's financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting processes. Kaufman started his career at Ernst & Young LLP, followed by mutual fund accounting and reporting positions at Minnesota Life. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in finance and strategic management from the University of Chicago. Kaufman is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

Lynch brings over 12 years of experience to Dexma with a strong sales and business development background in the fields of technology, software and network architecture. Most recently, Lynch was a sales manager in Minneapolis for MicroStrategy where he was responsible for business development and sales in the financial services sector. MicroStrategy is a technology company focused on BI (business intelligence) and CRM (customer relationship management). Prior to MicroStrategy, Lynch worked locally for SAP America, the world's largest application software company, where he succeeded as an account manager focusing on a cross section of industries. Prior to SAP, Lynch spent over six years with MCI Communications (now WorldCom) in Minneapolis where he held responsibilities in sales, management and business development roles. Lynch earned a business degree from Drake University.
