Devon Motorcycles exclusively distributes Jincheng bike models in the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area. . Jincheng has led China's motorcycle industry in exports and foreign exchange income for nine consecutive years. In 2005, the company exported more than 500,000 bikes to 40 countries, and produced annual revenues over $250 million. Jincheng has been recognized by China's State Administration for Industry and Commerce as "the country's leading brand," and listed by China's Ministry of Commerce as a key export brand that is "expected to bolster."

Legislation requires all automotive vehicles imported into the United States to be certified by the EPA before distribution. This was Devon Motorcycles' first application.
