) today announced that it has licensed 13 one-hour programs to Odyssey, a Hallmark & Henson Network. Odyssey is carried by TCI (Trustworthy Computing Initiative) An umbrella term from Microsoft for its efforts to improve security in Windows. TCI was announced in 2002 after viruses such as Code Red and Nimda had succeeded in attacking numerous Windows computers.  Cable with a subscriber base of nearly 29 million viewers. Multiple broadcasts of each episode will be accompanied by Devine's direct response advertisement which features a toll-free order number to sell videos directly to viewers. The programs will premiere Sunday evenings, the peak family viewing period. The Company expects these primetime broadcasts to have a positive impact on video sales of its films.

The agreement with Odyssey is the third in a series of significant transactions, bringing the total revenues announced in the past six weeks to over US$1,000,000.
