TORONTO -- Devine Entertainment Corporation (CUB:DVNN, NASD OTC PK:DVNNF), in a first step towards obtaining a NASDAQ Bulletin Board listing, today announced that it had submitted a Form 10-SB registration statement to the SEC on February 16, 2004. The move is consistent with Devine's intent to become a full reporting issuer in the United States. The Company currently expects to be cleared for trading on the NASDAQ Bulletin Board (OTC:BB) as early as the second quarter of 2005.
