Devine Entertainment in Agreement With Nest For Distribution of Its Family Videos in Canada and USA: Royalties Estimated at US$370,000.

) today announced that it has reached an agreement with Nest Entertainment for distribution of eight of its family home video titles in Canada and the United States The United States and Canada share a unique legal relationship. U.S. law looks northward with a mixture of optimism and cooperation, viewing Canada as an integral part of U.S. economic and environmental policy. .

A financial guarantee was not specified. However, the projections are positive, with estimated royalties of at least US$370,000 payable to Devine Entertainment over the three-year term of the agreement.

Nest will market the videos, which include "The Inventors' Specials" and the first two films in "The Artists' Specials", through various channels including: direct sales by independent contractors who sell directly to consumers; telemarketing to consumers and institutions; direct response media; and e-commerce. Nest Entertainment, based in Irving, Texas Irving (pronounced 'er-ving') is a city located in the U.S. state of Texas within Dallas County. According to the 2000 U.S. Census, the city population was 191,615; the 2006 estimate was 201,927 according to the North Central Texas Council of Governments, and 196,084 according to , specializes in distributing high-quality programs for families.
