Net loss for the first quarter of 2000 amounted to Cdn$54,836 or a loss of Cdn$0.005 per share as compared to net income of Cdn$56,150 or Cdn$0.005 per share for the first quarter of 1999. The Company noted that revenues for the period generally stem from the delivery of its films and no new films were delivered in the first quarter of 2000. However, the Company plans to deliver new films in its "The Not-So-Grimm Brothers" series in the third and fourth quarters of 2000. The majority of the Company's production revenues for the year will be recognized in these periods. Revenues from video distribution increased significantly to Cdn$158,320 from Cdn$10,058 for the same period in 1999. Traditionally the first quarter is the Company's weakest quarter for all of its library sales. Management is encouraged by this promising start of video sales in 2000 and expects video revenues to increase significantly this year, over the approximately Cdn$380,000 reported in 1999. The Company expects overall revenues from sales of its existing film library to increase appreciably ap·pre·cia·ble adj.
