Devine Entertainment Delivers Bailey's Billion$; International Sales Begin Generating Revenue in Third Quarter.

TORONTO -- Devine Entertainment Corporation (CUB:DVNN, NASD OTC PK:DVNNF) today reported that the Company has completed and delivered its first feature film entitled Bailey's Billion$ to international distributors. The delivery of the film to the worldwide theatrical market marks the beginning of distribution, marketing and sales activities for the project. Receipts from the distribution of Bailey's Billion$ will start to generate revenues for the Company in the third quarter of 2004.

Initial sales have been completed with distribution agreements confirmed in a number of territories including Mexico, Latin America, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, Russia (C.I.S.), Hong Kong, Indonesia, the Middle East and Canada. Offers have also been received and distribution agreements are currently being negotiated for Italy, France, Germany and the U.S. The initial sales completed in the third quarter totalling over CDN$400,000 will be reflected in the Company's financial statements for the same period this year.
