Devine Entertainment's Bailey's Billion$ Set for August 5th Release.

TORONTO -- Devine Entertainment Corporation (CUB:DVNN, NASD OTC PK:DVNNF) today announced that Echo Bridge Entertainment, the distributor of the Company's new feature film Bailey's Billion$ in the United States, and Odeon Films (a division of Alliance/Atlantis Communications Inc. TSX: AAC.A, AAC.NV.B and NASDAQ: AACB), the film's Canadian distributor, have confirmed August 5, 2005 as the date for their coordinated theatrical release of the film in North America.
