Developmental Disabilities Councils.

Developmental Disability Councils, under the Developmental Disability Assistance and Bill of Rights Act (DDBRA) of 1994, are responsible for allocating funds for services and supports for people with developmental disabilities. There is one in each state and their function is to enable individuals to have the opportunity to make choices regarding their quality of life and to be included in the community.
