Development of Pacific Theatres' Long Beach Towne Square Kicks Off With Construction of Ralphs Grocery.


LONG BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 16, 1998--

150,000-Square-Foot Community Retail Center Located On Former Drive-In Site; Pacific has More Than 500,000 Square Feet of Retail Projects Under Construction

Pacific Theatres broke ground Tuesday on its Long Beach Towne Square community retail center with the start of construction of the 51,000-square-foot Ralphs Grocery.

Located on a 14-acre site, formerly a Pacific Theatres drive-in, Towne Square will also include a drug store, auto-parts store, fast-food restaurants and a variety of smaller retail and community- serving uses.
