Developer banking on Cooper Square Realty.


Cooper Square Cooper Square is a junction of streets in Manhattan, New York City. It is at the confluence of the neighborhoods of The Bowery, the East Village and the Lower East Side. It is fed directly from the south by Bowery at East Fourth Street which becomes Third Avenue after Saint Mark's  Realty has been chosen to manage One Hanson Place, formerly known as the Williamsburg Savings Bank savings bank, financial institution that, until recently, performed only the following functions: receiving savings deposits of individuals, investing them, and providing a modest return to its depositors in the form of interest. .

The partnership between Canyon-Johnson Urban Funds and The Dermot Company has purchased the Williamsburg Savings Bank Building and plan to renovate and convert the historic landmark 35-story tower into luxury condominiums and ground floor retail space.

 of Halsey, McCormack and Helmer from 19271929. At 512 feet tall it is the tallest building in Brooklyn and one of the two tallest buildings in Long Island. A copper dome and one of the world's largest four-sided clocks ornament this celebrated building.

To facilitate the opening of One Hanson Place, Cooper Square Realty will utilize CooperSquareConstruct, a sophisticated, web based Coming from a Web server. See Web application.  program that schedules tasks and target completion dates from project conception through the opening of a building. Benchmarks are established at intervals coming or happening with intervals between; now and then.

CooperSquareConstruct coordinates the responsibilities of the development and management teams to ensure that nothing is omitted.

New building employees are trained in the state-of-the-art Learning Center located at Cooper Square's home office. The Learning Center combines the latest technology with hands-on training for all building service employees so that they are knowledgeable about their jobs before the building opens. Training programs include heating, air conditioning air conditioning, mechanical process for controlling the humidity, temperature, cleanliness, and circulation of air in buildings and rooms. Indoor air is conditioned and regulated to maintain the temperature-humidity ratio that is most comfortable and healthful. , security, concierge duties and janitorial cleaning along with a variety of other services necessary to operate and maintain a building.

The services provided in the pre-construction and opening phases will facilitate a smooth transition into the day-to-day management of One Hanson Place
