Developer Alfred N. Sanzari honored with dedication of Sanzari Medical Arts Building.


To celebrate the Dedication of The Alfred N. Sanzari Medical Arts Building in Hackensack, New Jersey, the Sanzari family recently hosted a private gala reception. David Sanzari, President of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, the owner and developer of the medical building, was Master of Ceremonies for the event, which honored his father, Alfred, the company's founder and chairman.

 an entire square block of Essex Street plagued by aging buildings, lack of parking, and limited potential for economic growth, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises supplanted four obsolete buildings with a state-of-the-art medical office building. Sanzari was chosen, from a total of seven developers, who submitted proposals for the redevelopment of Essex Street.

"Very few urban renewal projects end up with facilities actually within the urban corridor," says David Sanzari, president of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. "As a lifelong resident of Hackensack, it was my father's vision to undertake projects that he felt would transform neighborhoods and positively affect the quality of life for residents and tenants.
