Detroit Regional Chamber.

Richard E. Blouse Jr., CCE, president and CEO of the Detroit Regional Chamber, was selected by the Detroit Executives Association as its "Executive of the Year." This prestigious award is given annually by the DEA to a Southeast Michigan leader who exhibits both business savvy and community involvement in promoting economic development in the Detroit Region. "Mr. Blouse truly illustrates what the DEA is looking for in terms of both business sense and the way he fosters intense community involvement in the development of the region," said DEA President Mary E. Horan.
