Under the terms of the agreement, Pelangio will transfer the Detour Lake Property to Detour Gold, a newly formed company part of the Hunter Dickinson Dickinson, city (1990 pop. 16,097), seat of Stark co., SW N.Dak., on the Heart River; inc. 1919. It is a processing and shipping center for a livestock, dairy, and wheat region, as well as a service center for the Williston Basin oil industry. Dickinson State Univ. Incorporated Mining Group of resource companies, and one in which Pelangio has a 47 per cent equity ownership. The transaction was scheduled to be completed on Jan. 30, 2007 and is subject to additional conditions, which include a cash payment of $4 million upon closing and the completion of a minimum of $15 million initial public offering by Detour Gold. |
