This site frustrated me in a good way. Its overactive graphics are heightened by irritating sounds. The mouse seems to do nothing, and you find yourself circling in bewilderment, which somehow signals the archives to appear--only to disappear seconds later. It can take a good five minutes to manage to click on the headings. Once you do, you're con founded with more nonsensical stimulation combining poetry and odd, cartoony figures. Further in, you'll find a lovely scene called "Magikgarden," picturing among other things a gnome (GNU Network Object Modeling Environment) A GUI-based user interface for Linux and other Unix environments that grew out of the GNU project. Providing an alternative to the KDE interface, GNOME is either pronounced "guh-nome" or "nome." Companies such as Red Hat, Inc. (www.redhat.com) and Ximian (www.ximian.com), formerly Helix Code, Inc. and acquired by Novell, support the GNOME environment. For more information, visit www.gnome.org. holding what looks like a piece of dog doo, or maybe an eclair. There's a definite Looking Glass Looking Glass - A desktop manager for Unix from Visix. logic to it all, though I've been thwarted in my attempts to break the code. Rest assured, I'll crack it someday!
