Destiny Media Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:DSNY) today announced it has formed a strategic alliance with eCommerce Staffing to provide innovative streaming media solutions to the rapidly growing staff placement industry.

eCommerce Staffing's new website (www.ecommercestaffing.com ) was unveiled at COMDEX and is the first in the staffing placement industry to use extensive audio and video streaming to bring human touch placement services to both employers and professionals looking for ecommerce related information technology, finance and sales jobs. eCommerce Staffing's new website and multimedia services were developed with the objective of providing human touch services to job seekers and improving the speed and cost of hire to employers.

A recent survey of job seekers revealed placement firms are being chosen over job boards to experience human touch services. Using Destiny's Clipstream(TM) products eCommerce Staffing has developed new multimedia services to meet this need. Job seekers, without downloading software, can now use SeeMyJob, HearMyJob, SeeMyEmployer and HearMyEmployer audio and video streaming to see and hear company overviews and job openings using their Internet browser.
