Destiny Announces Strategic Relationship with the McKenna Group.

Destiny Media Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:DSNY) is pleased to announce a strategic relationship with the McKenna Group, a Silicon Valley-based consulting firm with expertise in the development of information and telecommunications management, marketing and alliance strategies (http://www.mckenna-group.com). The McKenna Group will broker relationships with Fortune 100 companies, which require media distribution and streaming media tools, and will assist in the development of a strategy for gaining industry adoption of the recently announced MPE format. According to McKenna partner Phillip Gerbert, Destiny suffers from an embarrassment of technological riches: "We are truly excited by the compelling advantages Destiny's products offer over existing solutions, in terms of technological performance as well as user friendliness." Phillip will be heading the initiative with Destiny.

Mr. Gerbert has received a Master's Degree from the Max-Planck Institute in Munich, Germany, a Certificate from Ecole Normale Superieure in Paris, France, and a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), School of Science.
