Thanks to the American Harlequin Corporation, Bianca Marie Ruffin, a 19-year-old modern dance student who will begin her second year of the BFA BFA abbr. She applied for American Harlequin's dance scholarship program, and she received $2,000 of the $25,000 annually divided among 20 dance students ages 15-21. She used part of it to attend the 2006 American College Dance Festival Northeast Regional Conference at Montclair State University History Montclair State was established in 1908 as "Montclair Normal School" in response to a growing need for teachers. It was renamed "Montclair State Teachers College" in 1927, when it developed a program of educating secondary school teachers through a Bachelor of Arts , and has enrolled in a summer intensive at Broadway Dance Center in NYC NYC abbr.
