Dessert legend storms back into city following 10-year hiatus.

In the 1940s and 50s, some of the major U.S. , the high-end confectioner has decided to give the uptown neighborhood a second shot, after many requests by local customers.

Located at 2156 Broadway, between 75th and 76th Streets, William Greenberg Jr. Desserts will occupy 600 square feet of ground floor space plus a 500-square-foot basement.

Stu Morden, Managing Director, and Ross Kaplan, Associate at Newmark Retail represented both the landlord and the tenant in this deal.
