Designs complete for new corporate HQ.The Aztec Corporation has recently completed the design of packaging giant, Sealed Air's new 30,000 s/f corporate headquarters at Riverfront riv·er·front n. The project was led by Aztec's Facility Analysts Stacie Even and Samuel Issa. The overall design reflects Sealed Air's client-focused philosophy. Client meeting spaces were designed with teleconferencing capabilities and the new office layout created "villages" for the company's legal, human resource, and finance departments. Each group has its own dedicated space for administrative functions and team meetings, helping to keep internal traffic disruptions to a minimum. Throughout the space, Aztec created an understated theme that underscores the company's business by highlighting a very subtle "bubble" theme to reflect one of Sealed Air's very well known brands. Additional design elements feature ceiling cutouts, glass elements, blended earth-tone colors and new contemporary wood furnishings that created a spacious work environment.
