Real Estate recently brokered a seven-year, 12,000 s/f lease at 225 W. 37th St. for Fiori Design, a fashion design and manufacturing company. Joseph Friedman of Adams & Co. represented the tenant in the transaction, while Leon Poll of Helmsley Spear represented the landlord. Though details of the lease were undisclosed, asking rents were $20 per square foot. The 17-story, 160,000 s/f building is home to an impressive roster of fashion tenants, including Lawrence Stevens Lawrence Stevens (born February 25, 1913) was a South African boxer who competed in the 1932 Summer Olympics.
