 in the Delaware Valley, announced that it has signed a long-term, full-building lease with Teknion for 56,268 s/f of Class A office space at 350 Fellowship Road within Liberty Walk at East Gate in Mount Laurel, NJ.

 is a leading international designer, manufacturer and marketer of office systems and related office furniture products.

The company has moved into its new location which will serve as its U.S. headquarters. Teknion was attracted to Liberty Walk at East Gate because of its easy access to major roadways and its management team. Fred Berlinsky and Kevin Burns of Markeim-Chalmers represented the tenant.

When completed, Liberty Walk at East Gate will feature four Class A office buildings on 20 acres of land. According to Rob Jones, Liberty's vice president and city manager in southern New Jersey, the park will also include the region's first commercial "green beltway" consisting of more than a mile of interconnected walkways that feature brick patios, flowing ponds and fountains, music and sculptures.
