Newmark New Spectrum has closed a lease with Lucien Pellat-Finet at 14 Christopher Street Christopher Street

The upscale Paris-based designer has signed a lease for 2,800 s/f of space on two levels that will serve as a flagship retail location, as well as headquarters and showroom.
