Brian Reyes, the hot young designer whose collections are hailed by celebrities and critics, has taken 4,553 s/f of space on the 5th floor of 304 Hudson Street Hudson Street can refer to:

 for a five-year term.

The announcement was made by Jason Pizer, senior vice president of real estate leasing for owner Trinity Trinity, doctrine in Christianity

Brian Reyes was represented by Joshua Lewin of Isaacs and Company and Trinity Real Estate was represented by Tom Lynch Thomas Frank Lynch (born May 24, 1955 in Chicago, Illinois) is a former American football guard in the National Football League for the Seattle Seahawks and the Buffalo Bills. Lynch played college football at Boston College. .
