Design firms creates expanded new office.


HOK, the global design firm, has expanded its New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 offices at 620 Ave. of the Americas through acquisition of new space and renewal of its lease. The total space to be occupied by the firm is 30,000 s/f. The term of the lease is for 10 years.

Tim Dempsey, of CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2. , is working with HOK on the transaction. Representing Jamestown Commercial Management Corporation, the management for the building, is Stephen Schofel, of Newmark & Company Real Estate.
