The Sierra Realty team of James Wacht, president; Barry Sanet, senior managing director; and Paul Torres, associate, represented Cooper, Robertson & Partners in the negotiations. Steve Marvin, executive vice president of Olmstead Properties, Inc., represented landlord Juniper Associates.
