Design firm leases 21 Penn Plaza.In an expansion and consolidation move that triples its facilities, Katz Digital Technologies, a graphics design company. has leased the entire eighth floor and a portion of the ground floor comprising a combined total of approximately 25,000 square feet of office space at 21 Penn Plaza in Manhattan. Tenenbaum, executive vice president and Gary M. Rosen, managing director of S.L.
