Design Within Reach, Inc. Appoints Retail Industry Veteran Peter Lynch to Board of Directors.


SAN FRANCISCO -- Design Within Reach, Inc. (Nasdaq:DWRI DWRI Developmental Writing (college course) ) today announced that Peter Lynch, a thirty-year veteran of the retail industry with experience as President, Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The officer of a firm responsible for day-to-day management, usually the president or an executive vice-president.
 and Chief Financial Officer for many high profile and successful specialty retail, big box, outlet and department stores, has been appointed to the Company's Board of Directors effective October 24, 2006.
