Design Automation Systems, Inc. Unveils New Identity: EpicEdge.

Design Automation Systems, Inc. (OTC BB: DASI) has adopted a new name - EpicEdge - to better align its corporate identity with its expanded e-business consulting capabilities. Corporate officials unveiled the new name today.

EpicEdge's Enterprise Portal Solution has revolutionized the concept of the Internet portal by creating a virtual environment for an organization that enables on-demand, secure access to mission critical applications. With only an Internet connection and a browser, clients, suppliers and partners have access to common collaboration tools, such as e-mail, file sharing, and calendars, as well as mainframe, client-server or web-enabled applications that support decision-making. Enterprise Portal Solutions utilize iPlanet, a powerful set of packaged software and architecture from the Sun-Netscape Alliance.

The EpicEdge identity was created by Addison Whitney, a leading brand and identity consulting firm headquartered in Charlotte, NC. In addition to their partnership with Addison Whitney, EpicEdge has created a partnership with Stanford Keene to help the company with strategic acquisitions and mergers.
