Nobody tells any of us to drink, smoke or take drugs. MR GORMAN, Middlesbrough IN recent years many sick people have had difficulty acquiring the necessary drugs to keep them alive, mainly because of the cost. Now we hear drug addicts are to be given free heroin at a cost to the taxpayer of pounds 15,000 per person a year. It seems this scheme is being approved by our police, stating this will cut crime. Bearing in mind it is illegal to possess and take heroin, how can this be justified? Does this now mean that the drug culture in our society is out of control and our criminal justice system has given up trying to resolve this serious problem? We seem to have an upside Upside The potential dollar amount by which the market or a stock could rise. Notes: This is basically an educated guess on how high a stock could go in the near future.
