XML Interface Allows Lenders to Accurately and

Efficiently Create Compliant Document Packages

In the past, any lender who did not use a standard loan origination system could not import data directly into closing document software. This meant duplication of effort or the need for in-house doc departments. Now, DesertDocs has opened the door to speed, accuracy, and efficiency to all lenders capable of XML transfers.

With the enhanced XML interface, it is easier for users of non-standard or proprietary LOS software platforms to integrate with the DesertDocs system, allowing the data to be mapped onto the necessary forms, and eliminating the need for rekeying loan information. DesertDocs on the Web is an easy way for a user to create compliant document packages, distribute the packages to the closing table via the company's WebPost(R), and store the packages for pre- and post-close audits. Changes can be made quickly and easily, and then re-posted to the Web for retrieval, even if the borrowers are at the table.
