, Inc., a Las Vegas-based real estate investment trust, announced an increase in the monthly dividend returns on its shares of common stock from $0.075 to $0.10, effective April 29, 2005, for each month in the three-month period expiring July 15, 2005.

Desert Capital REIT's new monthly dividend of $0.10 per share of the company's common stock is payable as follows: on May 16, 2005, to the holders of record of the common stock at the close of business on April 29, 2005; on June 15, 2005, to the holders of record of the common stock at the close of business on May 31, 2005; and on July 15, 2005, to holders of record on June 30, 2005.
