The Descartes Systems Group Inc., (Nasdaq:DSGX) (TSX:DSG), a trusted provider of logistics management solutions, today announced the availability of Fleetwise Monitor(TM), a new routing and scheduling software application designed to enhance the performance of customer service representatives for order fulfillment.

Recognizing that less than half of today's customer services representatives have access to information on order status, Descartes designed Fleetwise Monitor in concert with customer needs to provide for real-time coordination of customer service representatives, dispatchers and drivers.

Designed to display only the most pertinent delivery information in an easy to use format, Fleetwise Monitor is a browser-based application that provides clear visibility into order fulfillment progress. With simplified access to real-time information about scheduled deliveries and exceptions, customer service representatives can enhance customer service by proactively responding to potential delivery delays.
