Stelling was brought up in the North-East town of Hartlepool, and is a lifelong supporter of his hometown side. open Sky's Soccer Saturday show with a gag from last week's column. No charge, for the service gentlemen. But it reminded me why their programme is compulsive viewing. They mix hard fact, strong opinion with a healthy dose of humour. And they obviously have excellent reading habits too. |
