Dermot to hold broker party March 12.

The Dermot Company, Inc., the development company that has recently relocated from San Diego to New York City, is introducing its first NYC project, Hudson Crossing, a 259-unit luxury rental, at a party for residential brokers. The party will be held on March 12, 4 to 7 p.m. at Hudson Crossing, 400 West 37th St. at the building's leasing center.

The residential apartments at Hudson Crossing will feature a 24-hour attended lobby, a professional valet! concierge to attend to the day-to-day and special needs of residents, a landscaped roof garden, a private fitness center, on-site laundry facilities and pre-wired apartments for advanced telecommunications.

The studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and convertible three-bedroom units will feature oversized windows, contemporary bathrooms with sumptuous master baths. The gourmet kitchens boast polished granite countertops and Kohl stainless steel sinks. The first occupants will move in during April 2003. Residents will be able to take advantage of the many specialty and gourmet shops and restaurants within a few blocks. The Building Investment Trust of the AFL-CIO has invested $25 million of equity into the $75 million project.
