One of the factors contributing to the broader regional participation in capital raising activity appears to be an improvement in global equity markets. Year-on-year through December 15th, the Citigroup LatAm Liquid DR Index rose 35.0%, the Citigroup EuroPac Liquid DR Index increased 17.3%, and the Citigroup AsiaPac ex-Japan Liquid DR Index increased 12.4%, while the S&P 500 Index increased 12.9%.
