The Army chief of staff announces the following general officer assignment: Brig. Gen. Walter L. Davis, commanding general, 20th Support Command (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and High Yield Explosive), Aberdeen Proving Ground Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) is a United States Army facility located near Aberdeen, Maryland (in Harford County).
