Department of Defense news release (March 18, 2005): Peter B. Teets announces departure.


Peter B Teets announced his resignation today as acting secretary of the Air Force and director, National Reconnaissance Office Noun 1. National Reconnaissance Office - an intelligence agency in the United States Department of Defense that designs and builds and operates space reconnaissance systems to detect trouble spots worldwide and to monitor arms control agreements and environmental  effective March 25. Teets came to the Air Force in December December: see month.  2001 from private industry.

"Pete Teets has handled challenging assignments during an important period in history, said Secretary of Defense Donald Donald (Domnall, Domhnall, Dumhnuil, Dónall) is an anglicized version of a Scottish or Irish Gaelic personal name, containing the elements dumno "world" and val "rule", viz. "ruler of the world". Compare Dumnorix.  Rumsfeld. "I thank him for his service to the department and the country, and wish him and his family the best."

Teets said, "It has been a distinct honor As a verb, to accept a bill of exchange, or to pay a note, check, or accepted bill, at maturity. To pay or to accept and pay, or, where a credit so engages, to purchase or discount a draft complying with the terms of the draft.  to serve in President Bush's administration with a talented national security team, specifically with the terrific men and women of America's Air Force and the National Reconnaissance Office. I'm confident we've strengthened the world's greatest Air Force to continue providing air and space dominance for the 21st century."
