Rear Adm. (lower half) Jeffrey A. Wieringa is being assigned as director, Navy International Programs Office, Office of the Secretary of the Navy, Washington, D.C. Wieringa is currently serving as assistant commander for Systems and Engineering, Air 4.0 Naval Air Systems Command/commander, Naval Air Warfare Center The Naval Air Warfare Center was a former U.S. Navy military installation located in Warminster, Pennsylvania and Ivyland, Pennsylvania.
