The chief of staff, Army announces the assignment of the following officers:
Brig. Gen. Jay H. Lindell, director, Logistics, U.S. Air Forces in Europe, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, to commandant, Air Command and Staff College The Air Command and Staff College (ACSC) is located at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama and is the United States Air Force's intermediate professional military education (PME) school. , Air University, Air Education and Training Command Air Education and Training Command (AETC) was established July 1, 1993, with the realignment of Air Training Command and Air University.
