Department of Defense news release (Feb. 8, 2005): Fort Monmouth site for Army's new Life-Cycle Management Command (Feb. 2, 2005).


Army officials at Fort Monmouth, N.J., announced Feb. 2 the creation of a new Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC). The new organization was restructured from three organizations--CECOM, the PEO for C3T C3T Command, Control and Communications - Tactical , and the PEO for intelligence, electronic warfare, and sensors--and reflects the Army's desire to improve how equipment is provided to warfighters.

. Victor Ferlise, the former deputy to the commanding general of CECOM, has been designated the deputy to the commanding general for operations and support.
