Who: The conference is presented by the National Fuel Funds Network,
including local member Energy Outreach Colorado, and the
National Low Income Energy Consortium. Attendees include
representatives from low-income energy assistance programs,
affordable housing organizations, environmental groups and
others interested in energy affordability and efficiency.

Energy; Robert Greenstein, executive director, Center for
Budget and Policy Priorities; Rafe Pomerance, president, Clean
Air-Cool Planet; Alan Nogee, director, Clean Energy Program;
Kateri Callahan, president, Alliance to Save Energy; Janee
Briesemeister, senior legislative representative, AARP; and
Carlos Fierro, attorney, Alcade & Fay.
What: The National Energy and Utility Affordability Conference
showcases model programs, effective policies and practices,
innovative collaborations, new information and resources. The
common issue that brings participants together is providing
affordable home energy for the most vulnerable members of our
society.

Why: This conference is the largest gathering in the country to
address the critical need for affordable home energy for
