Dentist gets teeth into new venture; Cocktail bar ready to open.Byline: BY LIZA WILLIAMS Daily Post Staff A MERSEYSIDE dentist who has spent his professional life looking down people's throats has turned his hand to pouring drinks into them, by opening his own bar. "I have not abandoned my career as a dentist, but during the past few months everything has focused on the bar. "Chameleon will offer something completely unique to Liverpool and the North West. There is a gap in the market for a place where people go to really enjoy a good drink and a great atmosphere." Mr Lawler has found inspiration during visits to some venues in London and thinks Liverpool's bar scene needs to catch up with many of its recently reinvigorated restaurants.
