The funds will be used for expansion and other general corporate purposes. Public warrants, exercisable through June 29, 1997 at $.50 for one new share and a class B warrant, are traded under the symbol FLOSW. The Class B warrants are exercisable at $1.00 through June 29, 1998 and are traded under the symbol FLOSZ. Dental Services is in the process of preparing a registration statement to register the shares underlying the company's warrants, as well as shares recently sold to private placement investors.
