Denholtz acquires Somerset office building.


Denholtz Associates recently acquired 3 Executive Drive, a five-story, 86,000 s/f office building in the Somerset Executive Square office complex in Somerset, New Jersey Somerset is a census-designated place and unincorporated area located at the eastermost section within Franklin Township, in Somerset County, New Jersey. As of the United States 2000 Census, the CDP population was 23,040. Somerset housed one of the first Marconi Wireless Stations. .

With the completion of this purchase, Denholtz Associates now owns the entire 252,000 s/f office property, which includes 1 and 2 Executive Drive.

"This most recent acquisition reflects our continued ability to source value-add investment opportunities throughout the region."

Somerset Executive Square is a three building property consisting of two, four-story office buildings (1 and 2 Executive Drive) totaling 166,000 square feet and the newly acquired 86,000-square-foot five-story office building at 3 Executive Drive. Onsite amenities include a cafeteria cafeteria: see restaurant. , banking, professional property management, covered executive parking, 24/7 building access and abundant parking.
