Millbrook's collection of role models offers a predictable range of notables in science, medicine, athletics, the arts, history, entertainment, and public service. Entries intrigue the curious reader to explore the buildings designed by I. M. Pei, Mary Cassatt's paintings, and the chocolate microcosm established by Milton Hershey. The choices represent black, white, and Hispanic notables, but fail to include a sufficient number of Asian and Native American faces. Males overshadow o·ver·shad·ow
