Dendrite Redefines Executive Structure To Position Company For Future Growth.

Mark Cieplik is being promoted to Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Mr. Cieplik will be responsible for acquisition of all new business worldwide in addition to all global marketing functions.

In the marketing function, Michael Floyd has been appointed as Vice President of Global Marketing reporting to Mark Cieplik. This is a newly created position for the company. Prior to this appoint, Mr. Floyd spent 14 years in the pharmaceutical industry and was most recently Executive Director of the Northeast Customer Center for AstraZeneca.

Christopher French will become Senior Vice President, Innovations Division. Mr. French was formally General Counsel for Dendrite International, Inc. In his new role, he will be responsible for developing Dendrite's new product strategy and bolstering the strategic position of the company through alliances and acquisitions.

Dendrite is also pleased to announce that Page Stiger has been added to the executive team at Dendrite as Vice-President of Human Resources The fancy word for "people." The human resources department within an organization, years ago known as the "personnel department," manages the administrative aspects of the employees. . Mr. Stiger will be responsible for all Human Resources worldwide, including compensation and benefit programs, employee relations, staffing and management development. Mr. Stiger joins Dendrite after 12 years as Senior Vice President, Director of Human Resources at the fast growing Summit Bancorp Summit Bancorp was a Princeton, New Jersey based bank, but also had offices in Summit, New Jersey.
