Dendrite Promotes Experienced Line Managers To Key Regional Positions.


MORRISTOWN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 16, 1997--Dendrite International, Inc. (NASDAQ/ NMS See NetWare Management System. :DRTE DRTE Defence Research Telecommunications Establishment ), the leading supplier of customer management solutions for complex selling environments, today announced the promotion of Teresa F. Winslow to Senior Vice President - Operations for the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area.  and Thierry Durand to the position of Vice President - Europe. The company also announced the expansion of the Asia/Pacific regional structure to bring its Japan subsidiary under the management of Jean-Paul Modde.

In her new role, which coincides with a change in the Company's operating structure, Ms. Winslow will oversee operations for all Dendrite's pharmaceutical clients in the United States. Ms. Winslow joined Dendrite dendrite: see nervous system; synapse.  in 1991. Since that time she has served in a variety of senior sales and business development positions. Ms. Winslow moved into an operating role last fall when she assumed worldwide operating responsibility for Dendrite's largest customer account. Her new U.S. responsibilities are in addition to her existing duties.

Mr. Durand, formerly General Manager for Dendrite France, will now be responsible for all pharmaceutical division operations in Europe. He joined Dendrite in 1992, and brings many years of successful operations and business development experience to his new position.

Dendrite's third geographic region is headed by Mr. Jean-Paul Modde, Regional Director, who recently assumed responsibility for Japan. Mr. Modde joined Dendrite in 1988 and now oversees operations in the entire Pacific Basin region as well as Latin America.
